That isn't a bad idea, There is quite a good scene when the protagonist is in the police station talking with one of her friends. I'll certainly give it some thought. It wouldn't be multiple locations so much easier to produce, thanks mlesemann. I could obviously include much more of the story...

The thing is it's from my novel which obviously has a lot more to it so trying to get across the main themes was going to be difficult in 3 pages. There is no criteria. I did think about the overuse of montage but as it's so short I thought it would be OK. Thanks for your feedback I take it...

I didn't get it, maybe too clever for me. Also how was that balloon going to fly. I know that's a bit picky but that was my thought as it was being blown up.

I did a two month driving tour of Europe a few years ago so I know what you mean. Driving in Europe was so much better than here, OK some of the big cities were a nightmare but on the whole is a pleasure. Drive more than 50 miles here and you feel knackered 😴

I intend to adapt my novel as a feature, but doing this short, and others, is helping me to learn screenwriting. I just finished watching a film that could/should have finished at least half an hour earlier.
