Yes, they are avoidable. You don't have to have them to produce & film a movie. Be careful and really if you are worried then have them sign release of liability waivers.

Yeah I totally agree!! It'd be very helpful though for charging various batteries and laptops, etc while out in the field although as you said it'll need to get more power to support tungstens, etc.

Plus an hour long TV show isn't a full 60 minutes of footage. You have to figure 16 minutes worth out of that 60 to be commercials. You don't have that in a feature length film.

I watched it but couldn't hear what the individual was saying due to the music being louder than the dialogue. Looks like it could be interesting.

I agree with Gonzo. I'd much rather work in a Right to Work state. Unfortunately some people are forced to pay $$ into something they don't believe in because of where they live.
