I think I know what you mean. As stated above by Landels; Film is run at 24fps because it's most natural to the human eye. Most consumer cameras are at 30fps. 60fps is just recording at twice the speed. Which gives the picture a 'smoother' cleaner look, and less film like. Lighting, DOF, Prog...

I'd tell you to charge between $200-$400 depending on things like; camera fee, tape fee, how big is the company? Anyone else shooting? Etc. Like others have said, a few grand is not unrealistic or uncommon to see being charged for a wedding videogapher.

With story and characters it would have been a good film. But its for the masses, and the masses are not too bright...
