If you gave your all into making a short film, I think it's always worth submitting it to film festivals. As for it being festival-worthy (being selected for a screening), you won't know unless you send it and let the programmers decide for themselves.

When colour grading DSLR footage (for example Canon)- in Premeire Pro CC - should you colour correct before or after applying stylised LUTs? I've never used LUTs before. So this is kind of new to me.
