Cannon did service my xl2 several months back when I began to have trouble. It was a bad sensor if I remember correctly. It still works fine now. Ran me $200 and some change all told for the repair. The only thing I do not like is that resolution is poor on any HD capable monitor. :(

A butter knife as a murder weapon seems odd in context. Also, the sword fighting was awfully unbelievable and the $20 stainless steel swords with plastic hilts did not help.

The episodes keep getting better. The small touches like the "This is not a door" sign on the door are really making it much more engaging. It looks very professional for the most part per production values. I enjoyed it!

I think it is relatively brilliant. *Edit to add that your stunt clip is also pretty impressive. Per weapon use though, it is obvious you do much forms practice and little sparring with swords, etc. You are watching the tool as you go through your routine...a swordsman watches the opponent even...
