tv Can I include a TV screen?

How I'd know if it's copyrighted or not? I mean if there plays the Titanic it's 100% yes, but if there plays e.g. localNewsChannel/Hokey/localTvDrama... ? Whether all aired stuff is copyrighted or not?

tv Can I include a TV screen?

I would like to shoot a person who are watching a TV movie. In a frame the person should be in focus, but TV screen in some blur behind... how in this case? Is it still true, if it's not recognizable by anyone it's ok?

    Some Questions about Festivals...

Ok, non issue, just Expensive to do it ;) "copy screen-by-screen " is a method by which usually guys make DV to 35mm conversion.

    Some Questions about Festivals...

Absolutely silly (even miracle) question: if somebody has figured out ever is it reasonable way to solve the 35mm issue by getting some one(e.g. rent) and then make a copy screen-by-screen(or whatever it calls)? will it be attractive? cheaper? or do not even look toward this way?
