Dear CootDog! Thank you so much for your kindly detailed answer! Now it's clean in this subject. Of course I'll try follow your advice to ask guys here.
Once again, thank you!
How I'd know if it's copyrighted or not? I mean if there plays the Titanic it's 100% yes, but if there plays e.g. localNewsChannel/Hokey/localTvDrama... ? Whether all aired stuff is copyrighted or not?
I would like to shoot a person who are watching a TV movie. In a frame the person should be in focus, but TV screen in some blur behind... how in this case? Is it still true, if it's not recognizable by anyone it's ok?
Hi Everyone!
I am just wondering if I can include in my shot a TV screen which is playing some movie, eg Titanic... :)
Is it possible, or I have to get a license on it?
Thanks in advance.
Just in case you need optically detects scenes I would recommend you try this:
http://www.davisr.com/
Works perfect, has many output formats for several NLE, etc.
I am actually use it if I have some AVI, which is already in the computer.
Absolutely silly (even miracle) question: if somebody has figured out ever is it reasonable way to solve the 35mm issue by getting some one(e.g. rent) and then make a copy screen-by-screen(or whatever it calls)? will it be attractive? cheaper? or do not even look toward this way?
