Promoting a Film

What books, web sites and other sources do you recommend that provide detailed information on film promotion and all the other stages after a film is finished?

Independent Feature Film Production: A Complete Guide from Concept Through Distribution
by Gregory Goodell (Author)

I haven't picked it up myself yet, but I will.

Indie Slate

That's a cool independent film magazine based out of LA I think. It has tons of info on what's going on, equipment, auditions, promotional ads...

That does seem to be a pretty good book.

As for the magazine, any huge bookstore with a generous magazine section may have a good magazine for that kind of thing. I know ours does, but I just can't remember the damn name of the damn magazine.
