Friends and family - that's who most first-time filmmakers tap for cast.
There are a few filmmaking groups on Facebook for the Miami area. Join up and put out a casting call.
Casting calls on local area Facebook pages are incredible.
Just be sure to list specifics, like pay/not payed, union/non-union, and the films details and when you plan on filming. Also list the type of roles/age range you need.

And honesty is the best policy. If you’re putting this together as an all-volunteer effort, be clear about that. Don’t be shy about your terms or you risk putting people off.

Yep even me when I said pay was based on a crazy point system and crowd funding... At least people knew what they were dealing with. Haha.
