I just settled on the final Idea, for the feature of which I will no longer name. For a while. This will be one of my last posts about this film in a long time. So I can focus on writing my short "Daisy May".
I decided to go with he heist version, with a twist, unlike your typical hiest movie, like the remake of the Italian job and the ocean's films and countless other newer, Flashy heist movies. I am going "Smaller" in the way of the story plays out. Yes there is still the Treasure in the hold of the Britannic and bringing it to the surface aspect, but the rest of the movie is going to be more like a hip, young people's indie type film.
If you have seen a Sofia Coppola film, or something along that line or in that style thats where I am headed.
Instead of going bigger towards the end with contrived twists you have seen thousands of times, the movie will actually get smaller towards the climax, but bigger stakes for the people involved.
