Perfectly Sync Audio in Premiere Pro

Hey guys, I wanted to share a way I came across for syncing audio in Premiere Pro. I know when I was looking on YouTube for a solution to a particular problem I was having I was unable to find what I am about to show you in this video. Essentially I had my two sets of audio a half a frame off and couldn't perfectly sync it and I didn't want it just "close enough." I hope this helps some people out who may be experiencing the same issue.
