watch New 3D Sci-Fi Short - Archangel

http://www.archangelthemovie.com/ -- View Trailer

There is a memory shared by thousands, of a shadow that wrapped around the earth as the sun went dark. And then came the light, from everywhere, all at once, and the dreams of an extinct species began to explode from the crevices of a scorched earth; from silicate and water rose towers millions of stories tall, shooting upwards and wrapping around the stars. The sum total of everything that ever was, is, and shall be, a universe that contains all things possible to imagine, now glistens in the light of the furthest stars as the new order balloons outwards through the light cone. In a strange slumber, unaware, an American city slowly decays. There, a troubled young man is plagued by fits of violent rage. One day, in a horrific trance, he slaughters a group of innocents. Despondent, ashamed and unable to understand his actions, he decides to end his life. He is rescued from suicide by a woman who promises to explain the mystery of his awful abilities, a woman who is just like him. Archangel, rise.

The trailer looks amazing, actually would love to see the whole short. Great work.

Can you give me an idea of budget, equipments crew size etc used?

Looks really great good work.

Excellent production value--lighting, sound, music, camera...everything looks stellar. And I very much dig the concept (as my name is Michael...wink wink). The only thing I wasn't jazzed about is how the trailer was cut...I don't mean the editing and pacing--that was all tight--I mean the choice of story reveal. I don't think enough related to the powerful title of 'Archangel', which as most of us know, is the most powerful of angels. Are the kid and the girl Archangles? Will there be wings? Is this like Constantine?

Where was this shot, and on what camera? What do you mean by 3D? Do you mean Real3d? The new technology of 3D (like Pixar's Up) and Avatar?

Impressive work. I'd love to hear a little breakdown of equipment, location, talent...anything. That's what we're here for, right? Let's get to talking about it...or not.
