editing easiest way to animate this?

I'm guessing this is pretty basic stuff, but can't be certain. I'd like to make this vector based diamond rotate on its axis, so it appears 3D.

I'm editing in Premiere and have After Effects, but wasn't sure if it would be useful for this application.

the last shot with the 3 tarot cards will have more going on inside them. I just added the white noise to test the keying and see how it holds up.
trying my hand at creating a big budget look on a no budget endeavor. :rolleyes:

Truth be told, there actually was a budget of $80 that was spent on the monk guy, lunch and some props. So guess I can't claim to have no budget, although it is a low one fer sure!

Here's a snapshot of the current timeline. Utilizing opacity, corner pinning, mirroring, and garbage mattes to achieve most of the look & feel.
