Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Editor needed for a short film (~18 min.) in the final stages of post-production. The genre for the film title is in the psychological / existential horror category and is an original work. Plans are underway to submit this picture to a number of UK-based short film festivals as well as some international festivals from April 2022 onwards. We are therefore looking for someone in an editorial role to help finalize the Picture Lock in time for festival applications. Key responsibilities will include Delivering final cut with Director / Producer Color Grading |
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Proof of previous experience in Video Editing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent computer proficiency (Industry standard video editing software) Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, and standard accepted practices Access to PC hardware (laptop or otherwise) with stable internet connection and video editing software |
