Hey, I don't know if anyone is able to help. I have googled it, but have got no joy. When I click on a file in XD Cam transfer the following error message appears: "The clip thumbnail could not be saved to the cache as it was an unrecognised format". The options provided are to click "Cancel all tasks" and "OK". Im running it on Mac OS X 10.6.7, FCP 7.0.3 with XD Cam transfer 2.9.0
If anyone has any suggestions at all it would be very much appreciated.
