WTF happened to "Casa de mi Padre"?

I can't find any info on any release date, and I refuse to believe that this was a hoax. I'm FB friends with "Gary Sanchez"; I just asked him when they're going to release it, but I doubt I'll get a response.

Anybody know anything about this?
