Writing a Mockumentary vs Film

I've wrote several shorts and 2 feature screenplays...Recently, I've had an idea for a Mockumentary film, in which 3 students investigate a suspicious suicide...The film is told through 'found footage'...but I've noticed the screenplay is more dialogue heavy than my other screenplays....anyone found this...
