Wine List

I'm a bartender, and the bar I work at doesn't serve any of the lesser-expensive wines that you'd find at a million different restaurants across the nation (Yellow Tail being one such mass-produced wine).

I usually offer to pour a taste, before pouring the entire glass. Many customers sheepishly admit that they aren't experienced enough to know the difference between "good" wine and "bad" wine, so they decline the opportunity to taste it first.

My response -- you don't have to be a sommelier to say whether or not you like something.

I digress. For everyday table wine, I think Target's Cubes are pretty good. :)

Yeah. I suppose I'm strictly blue-collar. Well, actually, I suppose sub-blue-collar, whatever that is.

Awesome! I should try the Target Cube sometime. =)
