When rookie FBI Agent Dwayne Clinton (Gerald Hill) is about to close his first case involving the Russian Mafia, their lead informant is killed and they have to protect the backup. The Russians have other plans, that involve sending in their 'Fixer' (Robert A. Bowman) to break up the case. Dwayne's brother, Carter is kidnapped pushing Dwayne to do what he must to save his brother's life. In a race against time, how far are you willing to go to save someone you love?
