I'm going to be graduating from High School in June and I wanted to see if anyone need someone to work on their film over the summer for free in upstate New York? I'm looking for experience more then anything, I would really like to know everything it takes to make a film.

I suggest you find the 48 Hour Film group in your city and try to get on a team. Make friends, join their FB pages and groups, eventually you'll get no end of opportunities to provide free labor on indie productions.
