Which line to stick with? Professional Music Production or Film Making?

Hey folks,

I am a 23 year old Music Producer and a Video Editor. I have experience of working with couple of clients, production houses and a financial house(as a creative). I started out with writing/directing/editing films in my college, but the need for music got me into making it myself.

I then started not liking the fact that I have to depend so much on other people to finish the projects (DOP, actors, assistants, camera ppl), so much so, I started to consider music as my career. I really enjoy making soundtracks for movies. So I thought there might be other film makers who want soundtracks for their films.

If anyone cares, Here is a link to my Royalty free Music on Soundcloud : https://soundcloud.com/soundcape

Anyways I am now considering focusing on one thing or the other. What do you suggest? Should I go back out there, and start from scratch? Or should I focus on Making Music for now and try and find contacts in the business this way?
