While I agree that the story and visuals (cinematography, acting, editing, etc.) appear to be well executed and up to decent indie standards, the sound is not. Even just watching on my laptop, the noise (from the dialogue) cuts in and out and doesn't match across edits, there are some lip sync problems, places where sound is missing and places where there is sound when there shouldn't be. All these are elementary errors and will only be amplified (literally) in a cinema or on a decent quality sound system. No distributor or broadcaster that I know of would touch this film unless they believed in it so much they would be willing to stomp up the cash to redo the sound from scratch and bring it up to acceptable commercial standards.

Sorry to be so harsh but you did ask for feedback and this is honest feedback, so I hope you take it in the spirit intended and find it useful. You seem to have spent all your budget/effort on the visuals and little or nothing on the sound, which is not uncommon with no/micro budget indie filmmakers but makes what you create unusable commercially, as all reputable broadcasters and distributors have specific requirements and specifications when it comes to the sound.

Lol, for a brief second there, in the shot with the man on the train, I thought you had Liam Neeson in it!

Looks really a really interesting story.

Because I'm really into framing I would say that sometimes the tops of people's heads are cut off by the top of the screen whereas I personally prefer it when you can see the whole of someone's head on the screen. But it depends what you're going for.

However I'm just starting filmmaking so I could be wrong.
