What do you call that shot used alot in Requiem for a dream?

It's the long tracking shot with a snorricam where the camera sits there looking a the person while they walk around and you see the background behind them moving.

I need to know for a piece of work

Are you talking about a steady-cam with the camera turned backward?

I would also like to know the actual name for the shot.

It's called a SnorriCam sequence or SnorriCam Shot.

Yup my dude its called Snorri Cam its like really cool and used alot in cheesy horror ghost shows... but if used correctly its actually help full and creates much more feeling
