I know you probably meant Robocop, but got this epic mental image of Passion of the Christ II: The Son's Revenge LOL.

Though, if you want to get technical, the idea's been done in more sci-fi (The Cyborg Jesus thing). Matrix and Star Wars both use a variation on the storyline. So Luke is technically Lightsaber Jesus. This entertains me to no end.
