Is it worth the money? I don't know - it depends on what your budget is and what kind of things you want to shoot - maybe you really need to upgrade to the 7D, maybe the 550D would be a better choice. Give us some more details and someone will be able to give you a proper answer

I recently purchased one, and don't regret a thing. I love it, takes gorgeous photos and video, and the package I got comes with a convenient 18-135

In that price range I'd suggest going with the Panasonic GH2. From the reviews I've read the 60D just doesn't stand up to the GH2 as far as video is concerned. You can read more about it in this thread.
