editing Vegas 12 question

wondering if anyone can answer this problem since no one on google seems to have it.

okay, I'm Using vegas 12 and i notice that towards the top middle of the preview window there is what seems to be a translucent line across it which causes a little bending effect when someone moves or the camera pans. I haven't found any thread anywhere about this subject and wonder if anyone has the same problem and what can be done about it.
it's really faint and not as bad when i render the footage into a regular video file but it bugs me that i can still see it.

I filmed with a canon vixa hfG 10 and 20 ( the 10 broke got a new one)

Editing settings are set to 1920x1080 24p

You have to upload the image to a hosting service. Imgur.com is simple and free. Then you can insert the image using the imgur image url.

Thank you. I figured out the problem. My computer can't handle these files and I have to render the master copy on a better computer.
