Welcome to the 23rd annual Vancouver Film and Television Forum, Sept. 24-26, a series of panel discussions, master classes, workshops, tête-à-tête meetings and speed dating sessions geared to the professional development of the Canadian film and television community. The Forum also provides a unique platform to access domestic and global markets through the expertise of our international speakers and is a wonderful opportunity for our delegates to meet and foster working relationships with their peers. Our program content continues to provide smart, serious, challenging and timely discussions ranging from the ever-prevalent issue of viral marketing and digital distribution to finding that elusive co-production partner. The 2008 edition will continue to host an unprecedented line-up of multiple award-winning speakers from some of the most celebrated, successful and critically acclaimed films and TV shows of this millennium. Trying to create the next Away From Her or launching your version of The Wire? Then come to the Forum and find out how to create that original and successful content!
