Using DVD footage in FCP project with Canon 7d footage

Hello,

I'm working on a video for a company and shooting lots of new material. However, I have to use certain shots from a previously produced dvd they had made 4-6 years ago. I can't get a hold of the original footage from the shoot just the dvd (I don't think it exists anymore). What's the best way to rip and use the dvd footage in a FCP sequence with canon 7d footage and not have it look incredibly out of place? Any info would be appreciated.
