Yes, I use it regularly with good results (you'll find my profile on there as a screenwriter).
I've gotten a good bit of work, and also hired someone to do a Wikipedia page for DETOURS (2nd feature film).
The fees take a chunk out of your earnings, unfortunately, but I've worked for people from around the world who I never would have connected with otherwise.
