Unless You Have Autodesk 3D Mac Studio, avoid .max models

All software states which files are supported, and those not on the list are not.
So, this should be no surprise.

What software are you using for 3D?

You'll find there are more filestypes you won't be able to use.
.obj seems to be a widely supported format.
RedGiant and VideoCoPilot plugins support these as well.

There are online converters like https://www.greentoken.de/onlineconv/

But they still don't support .max, because it requires 3D Studio Max to understand the info. While the other formats use a common mathematic approach, 3D Studio Max uses it's own plugin like shortcuts to buildup objects.
