Just a few ideas:You could however make it a kind of place where people post query letters, or just a few sentences about their projects and if filmmakers are interested, they can request to see the screenplay. This should be structured into movie genres and alphabetical order. Or, a place where people can chat with movie makers about their projects and see if someone gets interested. And you need to promote it, because it's unlikely they'll hear about it unless it has a very large users and materials database. Good luck with it!
