www.undergroundfilm.org has just re-opened. They are now actively seeking submissions of short films plus they have quite the catalog of short films already.

So anyone with a short film that they want seen - send it in - it's all free. Free to view, free to submit & have movies on their site.

UNDERGROUNDFILM.ORg (now a non profit entity) has been around for over 3 years.

Get your movies seen - submit !

Nice site. It's a shame that you can't submit films by uploading them, though. Then, again, very few free film hosting sites let you do that, nowadays.

HUGE security risk when doing that.

I prefer sending them either a CD-Rom or a tape.
