Thriller/Drama Screenwriter Needed For Feature Film Project

I am an aspiring filmmaker and director, and have a feature film concept and storyline written out. I am not a good dialogue writer, but can write descriptively.

I am looking for someone to work with me on this project as a screenwriter - but any other roles you are specialised in will be appreciated.

I will gladly give the general plot line (without too much detail) if requested.
