"This function is unavailable in auto. expo movie shooting mode" on Canon 600d

Hi

Is there any way to adapt the ISO on a Canon 600D when in movie mode, I assume I need to enter manual mode but I'm not sure how to do that! Also how do I adapt the shutter speed?
