Hi there,

We're crowdfunding on Indiegogo ( http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/the-nazi-from-beyond/x/2645408 ) to produce 2 of 5 episodes. They'll be shoot in the early 2014 at 7000 dollars goal. The formula is an open source and the senior contributors will be decide the development of the story along with our creators.

Will you please elaborate on how Troma Entertainment is associated with this production?

Hi rayw. They saw the pilot, liked it and decided to present it at the next Troma Dance Film Festival in April. This is a no-budget pilot, now we're looking to reach a budget to shoot something better.

And was there any discussion of a distribution deal, or just a pilot showing?

At the moment it's just a pilot, maybe in the future they'll show more interest but we have to shoot almost 2 more episodes.

Thanks for posting. I have just read the link above, what can i say?

"Troma loved the trailer so much that they threw some money at the filmmakers to make a feature-length film based on the trailer."

With the money drop they have necessary signed a contract where is specified revenue splits. They should have paid more attention to the details. They did a better film that had expected but without Troma's money they wouldn't done it.

Everyone who works in this market knows Troma and Kaufman's politic: "Make Your Own Damn Movie!: Secrets of a Renegade Director"

Troma is a good start to have visibility with your funny experiments, if you really wanna build your carrer on it maybe you should reflect more. If they're so talented for sure won't have production problems in their next flick .

This is a lesson for everyone
