watch The Man in the ipod Touch - how are my FX?

So we decided to mess around with some green screens and motion tracking.

The green screens are kinda' messed up in the shot with the man in the ipod because of the reflection on the keyboard chord, and my motion tracking is still pretty shaky in some spots.

Any tips on what I can do to improve the keys and motion tracking are appreciated!
