The Extended Definition of the Main Creative and Technical Crew Of a Film Production

...long titles usually attract... Ha.

So we all know what a Director is, a Producer, Line Producer, Executive Producer, Production Designer, Set Designer (i think that's what it's called), Director of Photography... bla bla etc... But i'm searching for a detailed description. What phases of filmmaking do they work on? e.g pre-production, production, post... and who do they work with, and, obviously, a detailed description of what they do...

I think i named the most important ones above... maybe i forgot one or two, so you can just throw them in there if you want. You don't have to write about every one of them if you don't want...
