synopsis Synopsis vs Narrative - Whats the story

Hello. I wrote a Producer the Synopsis of one of my Features. She thankfully liked it, but asked for a Narrative. My synopsis was 1 page long. Now, is a Narrative about 2-3 pages and gives that little more detail??? Apologies if I should already know this
