subtitles in different languages

Hi, I have a newbie question please to anyone that would be kind enough to help me.
I have a video, I want a program that would automatically put subtitles to the video. I would presume the subtitles would not be 100 percent accurate so I would need a subtitle editor as part of the program. I also would want the subtitles in different languages. Does such a program exist? Could anyone recommend anything to help me do this please?
