Submitting & watching indie films

If there was a platform similar to youtube where you could upload your Independent film and make money from the views, what would you want to see from that?

Also, on that same platform, if you were a viewer of the independent films similar to Netflix, what options and ideas would you have for that?
 
Vimeo... although its optional that people will pay you...

There is also blip.tv but its odd... and for a service designed to monetize your content I feel it does a pretty bad job...
 
It almost sounds like he is asking what we would want in one of those platforms as in he is making one, not that he is looking for one. That's at least what I got from it.

As for me honestly youtube seems to have it down pretty solid can't really see anything much better than that.
