I believe he is going to be joining the DGA for his next and future projects, as he launches off the success of Princess Cyd. I'm partial to the film because my 1st Cousin once removed is the titular character, and so it's triumph is a great source of familial pride and enjoyment.
The podcast is a Great watch. Good coda for my friend Joan Grossman's College Production Management class, where Stephen guest spoke - the class was based on learning how to do basic scene / scheduling breakdowns using Pricness Cyd and reading "The Velocity of Money" by Stephen for Filmmaking Magazine: https://filmmakermagazine.com/103275-the-velocity-of-money/#.X4H10Vl7mCg.
My 1st cousin, once removed was the titular character, and because I spent a career in film, TV and commercial production as a location scout/manager and Key 2nd / 1st Assistant Director, I became an instant fan and self admitted Princess Cyd "Stan" (https://www.bustle.com/articles/949...rything-you-need-to-know-about-the-slang-term) because I recognized how oddly rare it is to make a truly remarkable movie for 186k, ESPECIALLY if it is written in 3 days a month before a hastily organized production.
