only thing i didn't like, was the black cut aways... they were too long each time in the first 30 seconds...
 
Good job! Solid story and your actors were convincing enough for a fan film. Just a few constructive notes...

.Maybe it was just my computer, but the sound during the opening logo was a bit much...may want to bring the levels down just a little.

.Some quicker cuts could amplify the energy and pace, but that's just a perspective thing on my part.

Other than that, it was a solid project.
