Spending £10k on equipment

I've got £10k to spend on equipment for feature length film I'm planning, I have made short films in the past but always hired a camera man with them using their equipment. The specs for what I'm looking for is a minimum 4k camera and would ideally like 8k camera at best. I would like to use a dat mixer with boom mikes. Not really sure how many I need, is one enough or would 2 be better. What sort of lenses would I need there will be no intense close ups and no extreme zoom outs. There will be slight close ups though. Also will I need a track and dolly I think that's what they are called. Can anybody help me find the perfect equipment please?

You don't even rent - you hire people that have the gear.

So, for example, a PSM/boom-op who has a decent prosumer kit and a modest amount of experience will cost you $100 to $150 a day. For a 20 day shoot that's $2,000 to $3,000. You'll get more and better equipment than you could buy, plus vastly more talent, skills and experience than you possess in production sound.

I'm sure that the same applies to other crafts - DP, H/MU, etc.

hi thanks for answering, to clear up i meant minimum 2k not 4k and 4k max.
i will be using a acer aspire v3-772g on set, which has the following spec:
1 TB HDD
4 GB dedicated graphics
16 GB ram
i7-4702MQ processor

I don't want to rent as I will be doing more films in the future and im trying to reduce future costs whilst I have the opportunity. I have a small group of people who are willing to help who usually work through a company but the quotes the companies are giving me to rent are ridiculous quite near to the cost of the equipment they would be bringing. Also the company that is funding me have asked me to keep renting down to a minimum as they believe its better for an artist to own rather than rent. The people who I am working with have suggested cannon cameras ( this was when we were running with a DSLR but now the funding has increased might even be more than £10,000 on equipment, they basically said could vary from £25,000 - £48,000 as long as I can prove why it is important). I have also been recommended sennheiser (actually leaning towards MKE 600 Shot Mike) but im not sure whether its good for it.

Also I need everything to be really professional as if it is successful it will be shown in some cinemas but only if high quality

-hire a camera based on the reccomendation from the DP you hire
-hire a PSM
-hire a Gaffer with lights
-hire a Grip with a dolly and grip equip.

Done.

No cameras will currently shoot in your 'ideal' 8k, and even 4k is basically overkill for most movies that aren't VFX heavy.
Films are still exhibited in 2k.

You'll barely be able to kit out a 2k camera for 10k, let alone 4k, let alone also purchasing sound, lighting and grip (dolly) equipment.

You'll also need cables, cases, battery packs and other miscellaneous items - about $250+. Oh, this kit is upper level consumer/lower level prosumer quality.

But who is going to run the sound for you? They will know less about sound than you do; and you don't know much. (Don't be insulted, I wouldn't know an F-stop from a bus stop; and I'm married a photographer!:D) That's always the issue - knowledge, skill and experience. Even if you learn a lot about sound when you are on the set you won't be handling the sound responsibilities, someone else will, because you can't direct, DP and do production sound all at the same time.

I wouldn't know an F-stop from a bus stop

Let's have a little test here. Which one is f-stop, and which one is a bus stop? Choose wisely.
