Hello everyone. About 2 weeks ago I was playing around with some vid's from my cell and Adobe Premiere Elements 8. I had purchased Premeire about a year ago by mistake thinking it was photo software, so this is really the first time I have actually attemped to make a video, but it was alot of fun.

Now I have done got the fever of wanting to do more. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good sites that has good background music?

Background music and sound effects are two entirely different things.

There are dozens of sites that sell royalty free music packages and even buy-buy-the-song ("needle drop").

Just Google and start searching.

There is always the option of getting music from an up-and-coming composer.
