Sony PMW-EX1 - How to get the best out of it?

Hi, I'll be renting the Sony PMW-EX1 soon and have seen some wicked shots taken with it.. however that doesn't guarantee i'll get the same results.

Most of the shooting will take place in the day, in a city street scape. I hope to get some nice focus pools going. And use the natural perspective brought about by the straight edges of the street and buildings themselves.

Has anyone had any experience with the aforementioned camera and if so.. any advice?

I've worked with a PMW-EX1 2 years ago for 2 days only, so I can't really give you the ultimate advice to get the ultimate shots, but I advice you to get a Tiffen T1 filter for the lens to prevent far red polution. Far red is not visible to the human eye, but the camera picks it up and makes it visible on some black fabrics (and make it red/brownish). I've read/heard it does not always show, but it can show up in low light conditions.

What will you be shooting?
