In Final Cut Pro X it is really easy to do. I did a search on Youtube for it and there was a video n how to do it in like 4 or 5 steps. I played with it for a bit and got it to that point. Hope that helps and thanks for the comment.

The color isolation looks nice. But the other elements in the shot are pretty low-contrast and don't really have the comic book look that Sin City has.

Definitely a good start, though. Keep at it
