Should I use a DIY jib for this shot?

I was thinking of making one to get shots like this but for this type of shot, would a jib work, or do I need something else? Thanks. It's the first shot in the video.

That was just a tilt down, a zoom, and a pan. You don't need a jib for that.

Seemed like the camera was also on a dolly, but yeah pretty simple and completely doable without a jib..
