VERY, very shaky. Try attaching the camera to a small length of pipe big enough to be gripped with both hands, and put a small 3-5lb weight on the bottom end. The increased weight will seriously lower the amount of shaking. Plus, it only costs $10 or less. Good luck.
 
I got to agree with the shaky thing. I'm not so sure about the editing either -- maybe there weren't enough takes to make it smoother, but things like establishing shots and so on matters. I quit watching at :33 shortly after the actor pointed his rifle at his comrade friend. You don't point guns at people unless you plan to kill them. Believability just went out the window.
