I am preparing to buy a shotgun mic and LCD screen. I am going to order from EVS but was wondering if anybody knew any other "one stop" shopping for video supplies with good prices.

Eek that's a good question. EVS is one of the best places on the net. You could try B&H (http://www.bhphotovideo.com) but they don't always have the cheapest prices.
