Shooting Movement

What is the best way to plan for this kind of shoot, to be precise the kind of shoot that PaperTwin did for the poptent commercial, where people are flying around. I have not shot movement like that before and was wondering if I need to know anything specific as I plan the shoot.


Any pointers would be much appreciated.
