Shockmount dilema

Anyone got an idea of how to make a homemade shockmount? I cant seem to find one on the internet thats specific to my RODE NTG2 Shotgun Mic. Is it one size fits all with Rode?

You should be able to make one out of a short piece of PVC and small shock cords.

You can get a nice shock mount for less than $50. My question is where did you buy your NTG-2? Most vendors have a kit that includes the shock mount with the mic.
